Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of einsteined.co.uk and our tuition services.

About us

This website is run by Einstein Education Consult, the trading name of EINSTEINS EDUCATION CONSULTANCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16242042). Registered office: Moulton Place, Blakelaw, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 3RL. Email: contact@einsteined.co.uk. WhatsApp: +44 7387 750050.

Our lessons

  • Lessons are live and online on Zoom, in our programmes for KS2, KS3 and KS4, and by arrangement for A-level.
  • Assessments, tests and monthly exams are taken online on TargetGrade. Each student has their own account for them, and results are shared with their parent or guardian.
  • We confirm the programme, the days and times, and the fees with you before lessons start.
  • A parent or guardian agrees to lessons for a student under 18 and is responsible for the fees.
  • Fees are paid by bank transfer to the company’s bank account, using the reference we give you.
  • You can withdraw your child at any time: just tell us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Lessons are not recorded at the moment. From January 2027 we will record the tutor’s slides and teaching; students can watch recordings in their own dashboard while they are enrolled. We’ll tell you before recording starts.
  • We teach to the curriculum and help each student do their best, but we can’t promise a particular exam result.

Behaviour online

We expect students to join on time, be respectful to tutors and other students, and not record lessons or share lesson links. We may remove a student from a session if they don’t, and tell their parent or guardian.
